Tracking Orders Shipped to U.S. Addresses
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email. If you do not have the tracking number, please contact North Sails Customer Care at 1-800-889-9950 or firstname.lastname@example.org (7:00 AM - 12:00 AM ET Monday - Friday; 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET Saturday; 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET Sunday)
Missing and Damaged Orders

We will try to assist you as quickly as possible.
Accepted Forms of Payment:
- American Express
We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders or COD as payment. We only accept credit cards issued from countries where we ship. To pay by bank transfer, please contact Customer Service. We are happy to assist you.
Pricing + Taxes and Duties
- North Sails follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order.
- North Sails currently collects sales taxes in New York, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Virginia.
- Taxes and shipping for U.S. orders are not confirmed until the order is packed and about to ship, which means the total on the invoice may vary slightly from the total on your confirmation email.
- North Sails is not currently shipping to Canadian addresses at this time. However, we currently plan to begin offering shipments to Canada 2017.
North Sails does not currently offer and/or accept gift cards. We will be adding gift cards in the near future.
