Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase, we would be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

To return an item, please follow these steps: (It’s Free!)
  1. Put the item(s) you are returning in the original package, if possible.
  2. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice. And include a copy of the invoice in the return package.
  3. Use the separate return label that was enclosed with your order - return postage is free.
  4. Drop package at any UPS shipping location.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been custom made, altered or embroidered.
